The Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not an emergency-warning, alerting or life-safety service, and it must never be used as one. Official tornado and severe-weather warnings are issued exclusively by the National Weather Service and local authorities; rely on NOAA Weather Radio, Wireless Emergency Alerts, local sirens and local media for life-safety decisions.
All meteorological content is reproduced from public U.S. government sources (National Weather Service, NOAA Storm Prediction Center, NOAA GOES imagery) without modification. The Site and its content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. Data may be delayed, incomplete, erroneous or unavailable at any time, without notice.
The Site is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by NOAA, the National Weather Service, the Storm Prediction Center or any government agency. Agency names are used solely to identify the origin of the data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, its owners and staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages — including personal injury, death, property damage, loss of profit or data — arising out of or in connection with the use of, reliance on, or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the Site (the Site is free: zero).
The Operator may modify, suspend or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time, without notice, and accepts no obligation to keep the Site or its data available, current or error-free.
